Amsterdam, Netherlands (August 1, 2024) – Artists Rey Jaffet and Sean Behm have showcased their latest collaborative art installation, Source Spirits” at the No Art Festival, which took place last July 26, 2024, in Amsterdam. This installation, commissioned by No Art, celebrates the divine connection to the source and the collective consciousness.

“Source Spirits” is a large-scale sculpture that will be suspended in the air, accompanied by audio-visual elements designed to enhance the viewer’s sensory experience. This installation is an exploration of themes such as unity, presence, and the courage to embrace love over fear. The piece serves as a gateway to collective consciousness, unifying minds, opening hearts, and synchronizing spirits.

Rey Jaffet has been an influential figure in the art world since his early teens. His portfolio includes large-scale installations, murals, and sculptures, many of which have gained international recognition. Notable past projects include collaborations with Samsung, Netflix, and Coca-Cola, as well as significant works like the 14-story mural “Declaration of Hope” in Miami. 

Sean Behm is co-founder of The Kasbah and a partner at Miami’s Design Shop. Sean has cemented his influence in the design community, continually pushing the boundaries of architectural excellence. With an impressive portfolio that includes collaborations with prestigious brands such as Tiffany & Co., F1 Miami Grand Prix, Brickell City Center, Cartier and more.  His passion for design and the arts extends beyond his professional endeavors, as he is deeply committed to philanthropy. He donates resources and implements educational courses in architecture, design, and music, aiming to inspire and empower the youth.

“Source Spirits” previously served as an extension of the music stage but have now stood independently at the No Art Festival. This change marked a new chapter for the installation, which allowed it to be appreciated in its entirety. Visitors to the festival had the opportunity to engage with the installation, experiencing its full impact.

Rey Jaffet and Sean Behm have poured their creative energy into this project, aiming to inspire and provoke thought among viewers. Through living and art making, Jaffet works with the intention to inspire love over fear and radiate the energy that we are all connected, that We Are One. 

The No Art Festival took place last weekend on July 26th from 17:00 to 23:00 at Flevopark in Amsterdam. This event presented a rare opportunity to witness “Source Spirits” and to experience firsthand the innovative work of Rey Jaffet and Sean Behm.
