Some companies are built on a business plan. Assured Health Marketing is built on family. In March 2025, Brian Goodrich and his son Peyton founded the company together: a performance marketing firm for the health insurance industry.
Building Assured Health Marketing
On its website, the company describes a model built on high-intent lead generation, pay-per-call campaigns, and data monetization: connecting insurance businesses with consumers actively shopping for coverage – ACA health plans, Medicare, and final expense – through exclusive inbound calls and live transfers. Its pitch to partners is “Stop Chasing. Start Closing,” with campaigns built in-house and what it calls a compliance-first approach. The process it lays out is systematic: define the target consumer, launch the campaign, connect partners to live, pre-qualified calls, then scale what works. “You set the filters, we drive the calls,” the site promises. Beyond lead flow, the company offers data management and monetization, helping partners turn dormant data into revenue through cleanup, enrichment, and segmentation – the stated mission being to “eliminate inefficiencies, overcome barriers, and deliver scalable growth.”
For Peyton, the company caps a fast climb. Born in Newtown, Connecticut and raised in Thomaston, he was working as a real estate agent at 23 before moving into media buying and account management – including at a white-label telemedicine company. He became a licensed life and health insurance producer, passed the Connecticut producer exam after two months of preparation balanced against daily work, earned his Medicare certification, and built an enrollment operation of his own. He describes himself as “highly competitive, disciplined, loyal, and results-driven.” “A 9-5, playing it safe, and waiting for permission from a boss was never in my DNA,” he wrote in a November 2025 LinkedIn post. “I’m built for more risk, late nights, and creating something real.”
Brian brings the other half of the equation. The company says the father-son team draws on more than 20 years of combined expertise in data and direct marketing, and its LinkedIn page lists Jacksonville, Florida as home base.
The results, by Peyton’s account, came fast. In that same November 2025 post, he announced that Assured Health Marketing had crossed $1 million in revenue eight months after launch. “That didn’t happen because of luck,” he wrote. “It happened because of hunger, relentless work, and the people who believed in me and helped along the way.” By the family’s account, the company went on to gross seven figures in its first year. It has kept building: ACA inbound campaigns built on its own consumer funnels, Spanish-language live transfers for buyers with bilingual teams, and a senior account manager added in September. In 2025 Peyton was in New York for Affiliate Summit East, locking in meetings across the pay-per-call and insurance lead-generation space, and the company’s LinkedIn page now shows a team spanning the United States and Argentina.
What makes the story work isn’t only the numbers. It’s the structure: a father and a son who decided to build something together, and did. “I don’t want a job, I want legacy,” Peyton wrote in the same post. “I don’t want stability, I want freedom.” “Assured Health Marketing is just getting started. And so am I.”
